I. Design requirements of smart watch charging bank:
The battery design uses special high voltage system lithium cobalt acid battery, the cell has high safety, high capacity ratio, small size, light weight; Smart LED battery display.

1) Cell specification characteristics:
Lithium polymer battery: PL683935-3.8V1250mah
High safety, high volume ratio, 4.3V high voltage system, to ensure that the charging bank to provide enough electricity.
2) Structural design:
1. The shell adopts ABS+PC fireproof plastic shell, the surface is sprayed with oil, feel good, beautiful.
2. Charging interface adopts MACR USB port, which is commonly used for mobile phone charger.
3. The discharge interface adopts four gold-plated probes to ensure good contact with the smart watch.
3) Electric quantity indicator: accurate electric quantity management + accurate LED electric quantity display. SBS intelligent battery management system is adopted to effectively manage the battery's remaining power.
4) Protection circuit: imported IC and MOS tube, with over charge, over discharge, over current, short circuit and other functions, so that the cell in a safe, stable, efficient range of work, the specific parameters are as follows:

2, single overcharge recovery voltage: 4.3±0.50V
3, single over-discharge protection voltage: 2.8±0.08V

5) Temperature protection: temperature protection switch is designed in the circuit. When the battery temperature or the working environment temperature is higher than the temperature protection value, the temperature control switch will be disconnected, so that the battery stops working to ensure the safety of the battery. When the temperature drops, the battery returns to normal operation.
